metric is very important
Give each room type a size
You can tailor the fitout quality
to individual rooms.
Remember to set the room quantities!
Otherwise your house will be missing 3rd & 4th bedrooms or 3rd bathrooms etc.

If your estimate seems high, don't stress.
Try again with your partner's email and change the very first input 'Build Quality'

Key Exclusions: Landscaping, miscellaneous site works, utility upgrades, cladding or roofing repairs/replacements and building accessories like awnings.

While we find these estimates can regularly be within ​10% of a licensed builder's quote, it can only be as accurate as the nominated inclusions. For example, if you forget to include a room or feature, those costs will be skipped. Similarly, if a room is to be part of a new construction and you select 'renovation' for that room, this will skew the estimate results. If there is something specific that is to be included in your project that you can't see, like changing your roof to Colorbond or including a different type of space like a Sauna or Gazebo, just take note of these and we can assist.
