Many of our clients 'Bring Their Own' Floor Plan or ideas to us, however value that we can optimise it then develop exciting facades. We can even take over from projects that have lost their way or need to be redesigned to come in on budget.

By hiring us to develop your design, the plans will not be the intellectual property of a builder, meaning you do not need to commit to one company from the start. We can run a competitive tender, introduce you to a builder midway through or let you choose somebody you trust. As your independent designer, we keep your best interests at heart.

About 20-40% of our clients are owner-builders. Not the kind who buy second-hand ovens on FB marketplace, but are themselves successful tradespeople or industry professionals. These clients would rather build the house themselves because they know they and their network of skilled trades will do the best job.
